Disclaimer: What This Site Is and Is Not

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before you use regardingdemocracy.property. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

A Referral Service, Not a Tree Company

Regardingdemocracy Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not fell trees, haul away fallen ones, grind stumps, or trim branches. Any work at your property is done by an independent provider, never by Regardingdemocracy Tree Service.

No Endorsement, No Warranty

A connection to a provider is not our endorsement of that provider. We make no warranty about the quality, timing, price, or results of anyone's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a given time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, certifications, and conduct.

For General Information Only

The content here is general in nature. It is not arborist, legal, insurance, or financial advice. Every tree and every property is different, so what fits one situation may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about yours.

About Cost Figures

Prices shown on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real costs depend on the job, the location, the size of the tree, how hard it is to reach, and more. Ask the provider for a written quote before work starts.

About Insurance

What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you whether your policy covers a loss. That depends on your policy and on your insurer's decision. Ask your insurer or agent about your own coverage.

Stay Safe

Tree work and fallen trees can bring power lines, falling wood, and weakened structures into play. Do not put yourself at risk. Keep away from downed lines and notify your utility company. If anyone's life or safety is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Regardingdemocracy Tree Service may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy

We work to keep this site correct and up to date. Even so, we do not warrant that it is complete or that it has no mistakes.
